To address the applicant experience using a screen reader, text-based instructions are included as a How To Apply link which informs the end user using an assistive technology on how to navigate the online application process.
To address the hiring manager experience, the accommodation requires that another person will need to complete the creation of a requisition and actively manage the hiring manager dashboards through the hiring of the candidate for the hiring manager. This will also be addressed through classroom training so the campus is aware of this accommodation.
