What is the HR Business Partner Role?
HR Business Partners provide dedicated support, high quality guidance, and work to develop close working relationships in assigned areas across campus. By interacting with employees, support staff, department administrators, and senior leadership they are better able to understand and support department objectives and goals. Serving as a primary point-of-contact for employees, managers and department HR Liaisons, HR Business Partners are equipped to provide counsel and support for HR related matters. The Business Partners will also assist in connecting you with HR team members from all of our areas to help you find solutions. Employee Relations issues will now be directed to this team.
