Self Service Direct Deposit Instructions

You can now sign up for Direct Deposit yourself on BroncoWeb! To download complete instructions click here [pdf].

Please Note: After you have updated your direct deposit information on Bronco Web, there is a payroll pre-notification cycle before the actual direct deposit begins. Therefore, you may still receive at least one check (possibly 2) after you have submitted your direct deposit information on Bronco Web. This pre-notification cycle verifies your routing number, account number and account type.

Changing direct deposit accounts also requires the same pre-notification cycle.

To stop your direct deposit, please provide written notification to Human Resources Services, Administration Building, Room 218.

Self Service W-4 Instructions
