Custodial Services Manager

Facilities, Operations & Maintenance Department

BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY invites qualified individuals interested in providing quality services in a dynamic and rewarding environment to apply for the position of Manager of Custodial Services in the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Department.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations and Maintenance, this position is responsible for the administration, control, direction, organization, and oversight of a custodial services division which is involved in cleaning approximately 1.5 million square feet on a comprehensive college campus.  This includes the management of full time staff, various temporary personnel, and outside contractors, along with the associated budgetary responsibilities.  This position is also responsible for the coordination of the solid waste disposal and recycling activities on the campus.

Salary and benefits:  Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience; plus an excellent benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life/LTD insurance, retirement plan, reduced tuition benefits, 24 days vacation leave and 12 days sick leave annually, plus 10 paid holidays, as well as other benefits.
