Development Director

Albertsons Library - Boise State University

The Boise State University Foundation offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and collaborative individual to become part of an energetic advancement team through the University Foundation. The Development Director for the Albertsons Library will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and achievement of the goals and objectives of its overall strategic plans.

The successful candidate should possess sophisticated interpersonal skills, excellent listening, written and oral communication skills, initiative, and a high level of energy, as well as exceptional organizational and analytical thinking skills. They will also have a proven track record of success or comparable professional experience in major gift development work with the ability to engage and motivate prospects and volunteers.
