With 571 full-time faculty members and an enrollment of nearly 19,000 students, Boise State is the largest institution in the Idaho system of higher education.  While most widely recognized for its football fields blue turf and its nationally ranked Bronco football team, Boise State University also offers a wide range of nationally accredited undergraduate and graduate programs.  U.S. News & World Report recently listed Boise State University as one of Americas “Top Up-And-Coming Schools.”

Boise State Universitys dynamic growth, academic momentum, and growing stature as a Metropolitan Research University of Distinction have led to many changes to the Universitys infrastructure.  For example, ground will be broken in May 2010 for a $35 million, four-story, 984,000-square-foot College of Business and Economics building. The building will feature multiple collaborative learning and research venues that will facilitate technologically-supported interactive learning environments for both faculty and students.   Other features include sustainable construction methods and materials, a financial trading center, dramatic views of Boise and its foothills, creative use of open spaces, and windows in all faculty offices.

Boise
The Boise metro area, approximately 550,000 in population, offers an outstanding quality of life as well as a growing business environment.  Boise is considered one of the most vibrant and livable cities in America.  It is the capital of Idaho and is the regions business, cultural, financial, and medical center.
