Assistant/Associate Professor
Management Department
Boise State University invites interested applicants for the Tenure Track position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Management, to become a part of our team to continue our quest toward becoming a Metropolitan Research University of Distinction. Position begins August 2010.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Teach in the Masters in Business Administration, Executive Masters in Business Administration, and Undergraduate General Business Program.
- Publish in ranked journals on topics that may include leadership, organization behavior, or management.
- Serve the campus, local community, state, and other areas on a professional level.
At a minimum you should have:
- A Ph.D. in leadership, organization behavior, management, or appropriate field.
The preferred candidate will have:
- Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence in graduate and/or undergraduate programs.
- Managerial business experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of research/publishing capability.
Salary and benefits: AACSB competitive, plus an excellent benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life/LTD insurance, retirement plan, reduced tuition benefits, sick leave, paid holidays, as well as other benefits. Position availability contingent on state budget.
