1) IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED through the Idaho Division of Human Resources web site for an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Technical Records Specialist, Office Specialist or Custodian position, AND your exam scores have not yet expired*, YOU DO NOT NEED TO APPLY AGAIN for the same position above. The state runs continuous announcements for the above-mentioned job classes so there is no reason to re-apply for the same announcement twice.  In the rare instances that we announce "position specific" for one of these job classes, instructions on how to apply would be featured in the “Notes” column for that particular job.

2) JOB DESCRIPTIONS – You may access the job description for each position by clicking on the classification title.  You will be shown the core responsibilities and minimum qualifications for the position as defined by the State of Idaho for that particular job class.  If you are looking for additional information about a particular job with regards to the work environment, secondary job duties, or other preferred skills/knowledge, a more complete job description may be provided to those candidates who are selected for job interviews and contacted by the hiring manager.
