Vision Service Plan: http://www.vsp.com; When logging onto their website for the first time you'll need to register by selecting "Members" and then clicking "Log In" found in the upper right area of your screen. Select "Register Now" link to create your username and password. You will be asked for your Social Security Number or Member/Employee ID. Leave the spot for your social security number blank. Enter your Blue Cross ID Number omitting the first 3 letters, first & last names date of birth; then click continue. On the next screen you'll be asked to enter a username, password, security question, etc. for your account. Our recommendation for a user name is the employee's first and last name with no space. Example: JaneDoe. After filling out the rest of your personal information your registration will be complete after you click the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page. If you encounter any problems or need customer service call VSP at 1-800-877-7195.
