Your coverage under the various State sponsored benefit plans ends on the earliest of these dates:

  • You cease to be a State employee. If your active status ends before the 15th of the month, coverage will continue through the end of that month. If your active status ends on or after the 15th of a month, Coverage will continue through the end of the following month.
  • You cease to be eligible.
  • The plan is terminated.
