Eligibility

All benefit eligible employees and their dependents, not enrolled in one of the State’s medical plans, are only eligible for the EAP benefits. Employees and dependents enrolled in the State’s medical plan are eligible for the EAP and Mental Health & Substance Abuse.


Summary of Benefits - EAP

Life can be stressful. Your EAP is designed to provide short-term counseling services for you and your dependents to help you handle concerns constructively, before they become major issues. Call anytime about concerns such as marital, relationship and family problems; stress, anxiety and depression; grief and loss, job pressures and substance abuse. Benefits eligible employees and dependents are eligible for up to 5 sessions per plan year.

Filing Claims

Filing claims is not necessary for covered service you receive from an in-network participating provider. You may have to submit a claim to Business Psychology Associates for out-of-network mental health and substance abuse services.
