Mission Statement

Human Resource Services is a trusted business partner focused on strategies and programs that advance Boise State University’s vision to become a metropolitan research university of distinction. Our staff is committed to provide leadership and expertise to align our people strategies, processes, and practices (including, but not limited to, recruiting, retention, development, reward and recognition, and performance management) to embrace our shared values and foster a diverse and vibrant culture dedicated to the success of our students.

We accomplish our mission through close collaboration with our campus community; through innovative and creative approaches to problem solving and process improvement; and through continuous learning and research that keeps us on the forefront of emerging trends, best practices, and strategies.
